Only
two weeks went by and on December 28th a grandmother and
granddaughter from Broward County, who participated in the Skype meeting,
arrived at the Rabin school. This time they were able to meet in person!
Loran, a student at Dor Dorim, is visiting Israel with her
family in honor of her Bat Mitzvah. Despite their busy trip schedule, they did
not miss the opportunity to visit Rabin, the twin school. Karel Glazer, Living
Bridge Coordinator of Partnerships Nesher, accompanied them on their
visit.
10 of Loran's family members, including her grandmother, visited the school. They chose to deepen their personal connection with the Rabin school and the city of Nesher after the Skype meeting that took place between the two schools.
