השקת תכנית הקשר הרב דורי במיאמי, פלורידה - בשיתוף עם Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami


G2G: Generation to Generation at Beit Hatfutsot - the Museum of the Jewish People is proud to present our partnership with the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami. The partnership was launched at an event taking place at the Jewish Federation of Miami, on Sunday, October 18th, 2015, which included a live webinar with guest speakers from Israel. 

The joint initiative is run together with Yoram Millman, vice president of Programming for JGSGM, who welcomed the guests.

Prof. Henry Green of the University of Miami introduced G2G and Beit Hatfutsot's programs, speaking of the impact of the programs in strengthening Jewish identity and the importance of gathering the stories of Miami's older Jews, which constitue a large percentage of the population. 

Shula Bahat, American CEO of Beit Hatfutsot, spoke about the renewing Beit Hatfutsot - The Museum of the Jewish People and Rabbi Talia Avnon Benveniste, director of the International School of Jewish Peoplehood Studies described the museum's vast databases and educational programs. 

D'vora Greisman, Director of International Programs presented "My Family Story" and Yael Rosen, Director of Program Development for G2G presented G2G: Generation to Generation.
